Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Orders shipped to Canada may be charged import duties and taxes on arrival. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Unused products in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To start a return, email contact@maniwrks.com with your order number from your receipt. We will reply with return instructions.
The buyer pays return shipping, unless the product arrived defective. For a defective product, ManiWrks covers return shipping.
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives and has been inspected.
Custom builds, including PFLite units built to your specification, are not returnable.

Orders placed through Amazon or eBay follow that marketplace's return process.
