This policy covers maniwrks.com, run by Manifold Industries LLC (“ManiWrks”, “we”).

What we collect

• Contact form. When you send an inquiry, we receive what you enter: name, company, email, phone, the product you are asking about, and your message. The form is processed by our web host, Netlify.
• Orders. Payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe passes us your name, email, shipping address and order details so we can fill the order. We never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you found us. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Server logs. Our host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To answer inquiries, fill and support orders, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site and fill orders: Netlify (hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics and email), and shipping carriers. We also share information when the law requires it.

Your choices

Email contact@maniwrks.com to ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on above.

Marketplace purchases

Purchases made through Amazon or eBay are covered by those marketplaces' privacy policies.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
